El las piezas de arte presentadas hoy son de una famosa artista de cerámica de Cincinnati, Estados Unidos, su nombre es Terri Kern.

Recibió su Diploma en Bellas Artes en 1991 y desde entonces se le han otorgado numerosos premios a la excelencia en el campo de la cerámica. Ha viajado por el mundo como embajadora de arte y ha participado en varias colaboraciones internacionales de arte.

Sus maravillosas piezas están abundantemente decoradas, a veces integra elementos estructurales de la cerámica en sus dibujos, lo que le proporciona una gran originalidad. Es como una prolongación del dibujo en las asas o en las finalizaciones de sus cuencos.

Ella se considera una cuenta cuentos sobre cerámica, donde es abundante la flora y la fauna y sobre todo la fantasía. Ya alejada de la docencia publica a tiempo completo, sigue con su arte inspirando a profesores y a alumnos universitarios y por hobby que participan en sus workshops.

The pieces of art presented today are from a famous ceramic artist from Cincinnati, United States, her name is Terri Kern.

She got her Master in Fine Arts in 1991 and since then she has received numerous awards for excellence in the field of ceramics. She has traveled the world as an art ambassador and has participated in several international art collaborations.

Her wonderful pieces are abundantly decorated, sometimes integrating structural elements of ceramics in her drawings, which gives it great originality. It is like an extension of the drawing on the handles or on the endings of her bowls.
